I was so impressed with the results on my first try! My eyebrows looked amazing and held the lamination for about 4 weeks. I found that combing out the brows well and being generous with the solutions, really helped in shaping my brows. I will absolutely be repurchasing!

This product truly works! I’m three weeks out from my first treatment and it’s just now starting to soften. My feedback:
-There’s no guidance on post-care. I went through the booklet and the website and didn’t see anything about how to care for them afterwards, so I just went with the general guidance from my previous lamination appointments and online research that you shouldn’t get them wet or do sweaty workouts for a couple of days. Maybe that doesn’t apply to this product since it doesn’t state, but this is what I did.

-I consider my eyebrow hair course and have been told the same from aestheticians. On the postcard provided it says you can leave the first step on for double the time recommended. I definitely don’t recommend this your first time. My eyebrows scabbed horribly, even lost some hairs because of it. It took a week for my skin to heal and settle (I don’t have sensitive din normally). I’d recommend just following the plan as listed for your first time and not doing double the time.

-It came with these gel eyebrow pads, but there was nothing about them in the box of mentioned in the kit. I’m not sure at what step you would use them or if for all steps (?) because you need to be brushing the brows. Maybe more education on these would be good.

Again, still really love the product and already stocked up on more kits. Brows look great and so grateful to have a product that cuts significantly back on brow appointments!

The purchase is for Christmas so hasn’t been used yet but Michelle was absolutely wonderful to deal with. My order was lost with the shipping company and Michelle immediately sent out another package so that I had it in time for Christmas. She responded to my email right away and kept me up to date on the new package. I will definitely recommend this company.

One thing to note: if you have textured or curly brow hairs like I do, you might need to leave the solution on a little longer than the recommended time. I had to give mine a few extra minutes to ensure the hairs were fully shaped and lifted.
